Rovers: A visitor from California

Yesterday five members of Rovers met up with Stephanie Booth from California. Stephanie was on a round Britain Cruise and was in Greenock for the day. We met her and took her to lunch in Greenock. As a surprise for her (it was the day after her birthday) we arranged a cake after lunch. This just proves that the International Spirit of ITC still exists.

What are we about?

Learn the art of public speaking and develop good communication skills in a relaxed and friendly environment with a POWERtalk speakers’ club.

Good communication and leadership skills are built on confidence, clarity of thought and expression, and the ability to listen. You may have been on a public speaking course, had presentation skill training or read many books on effective communication skills, but the only way to improve your skills is by practice. POWERtalk gives you the opportunity to practise in a friendly, supportive atmosphere, where you are given coaching by means of constructive feedback and advice.
POWERtalk clubs are open to everybody.
